We highly recommend using our sampling service for both wallpaper and paint to check you're happy with the colours before ordering. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing an order with No Two Houses you must be over 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and hold a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us.
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance — a contract is formed once the goods you have ordered have been shipped to you.
While we try to ensure all prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we make a pricing error on goods you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and ask you to either re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Returns of unopened, re-saleable items are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of your goods. We provide a free returns service for eligible products; returning by any other means must be arranged at your own expense. Goods are deemed returned when received back into our distribution centre, and we will refund your account normally within 14 days.
Returns for any other reason — for example, defective products — will require us to examine the products before agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually 30 days, and will inform you of our decision.

While we endeavour to keep our delivery timescales as up to date as possible, delays can occur that are beyond our control. For this reason, please make sure you have your products in your possession and inspected before booking a decorator. We would be unable to reimburse any costs, such as a decorator cancellation fee, in this situation.
Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time and may only be used when purchasing through the account they were offered to. Promotional discount codes may also be offered against specific products or purchases; we reserve the right to withdraw these codes without prior notice.
